Classic AmplificationTM started the Tone MachinesTM line of analog classic effect circuits with a goal of re-creating classic effect tones and offering an increased performance option for those who want more... the Classic'VibeTM is it.
These boards can be loaded with vintage or high performance parts depending on the client's tone goals. We can sure make 'em like they used to with carbon composition resistors, electrolytic and ceramic capacitors, original style LFO and power supply circuitry for when a client wants that original vintage hiss-n-hum-buzz, or we can raise the performance potential by using low-noise metal film resistors, Poly-film and Mylar capacitors, hum-free regulated power supply and LFO when clients want a better effect.
The R2 and R3 boards were Classic Amplification's original Classic'VibeTM circuit boards which allowed for higher performance parts. The R2 laid the ground-work for developing the next generation of Classic 'Vibe circuit boards.
The R4-F series board is a dedicated version of my layouts reserved exclusively for the DIY effect forum members, PCB's are available but I would certainly encourage making your own with the instructions found on the ForumVibe webpage.

These are our 5th generation Classic'VibeTM boards. Same original analog circuit with a better layout, they can use pin-connectors or soldered leads.
R5-S "Hi-Performance" build
As with all our boards, these are assembled to a "vintage" or "Hi-Performance" spec. The board shown above has been assembled with WIMA and Panasonic film capacitors, 1% metal-film resistors, and has the Bulb-Offset and Output-mix trimpots for tweaking or dialing-in your vibe tone.
