Makes your 18v vibe run best!

Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2, and Pedal Power 2+

The Problem

The bad news with the Pedal Power units is they have internal regulators which are not adequate for a vintage vibe circuit because of the way a vintage vibe's power circuit powers the light bulb and driver internally which is way different than any other pedal. These regulators are configured in the PP2 and PP2+ to be stackable to obtain 18V but when stacked they still do not produce the proper current to run a vintage vibe circuit reliably.

The Solution

The good news is the Pedal Power units can power a vibe properly with just a little bit of modification help. With this modification the OEM regulator is removed and another power module installed, the new module will handle the vibe power requirements.

The VL-PP2 always needs the mod to run our vibe correctly with our BoosterBox, while "some" VL-PP2+ units will work without modification, we totally recommend the mod for your VL-PP2+ if you are any kind of gig'ing musician and want reliable gear.

When you purchase one of our 18v Classic Vibe CV-2TM or Vibe-Baby CV-2TM from us and would like me to mod your PP2/PP2+ power unit I will charge only $10-USD for the parts and no labor charge if you send me your PP unit and I can do the work at the same time as I build your pedal.

If you already have an 18v Classic Vibe CV-2TM or Vibe-Baby CV-2TM and would like me to mod your PP2/PP2+ power unit the charge is $35-USD parts + labor.
